About Sharilee Swaity, Relationship Healing Coach
Do you need more direction with your marriage? Do you find yourselves drifting apart? Do you feel like you never got off the good start you should have?
Every marriage is unique but we all have one thing in common: we want to have a good relationship. If things aren’t working with our spouse, it affects every other area of our lives.
I would love to spend some time helping you with your relationship. First, we will focus on what you would like your marriage to look like. Then, we will develop an action plan together, and work on making that plan a reality.
As a relationship coach, it is my goal is to provide a calm and safe place, to be honest about what’s happening now, and to help you move forward to making your relationship better.
Who am I? I am a Christian woman who’s been married for 13 years to a crazy-fun guy with whom I love sharing it all, including the occasional spat. I was previously divorced and so was he. We spent the first years of our marriage seriously doubting our decision but with a lot of help from God and an excellent counsellor, we persevered and I am so glad we did!
I am a former school teacher with a passion for helping couples stay together if it is possible and safe to do so. As a teacher, I witnessed first-hand the devastation of divorce and want to help couples who want to keep going but have lost their vision of why they got together.

My Story
So, my name is Sharilee Roxanne Swaity. Nee Clark. I come from a place called Drumheller, Alberta, Canada, which is a valley full of dinosaur bones. I grew up witnessing abuse and experiencing some abuse. My earliest ambition was to fix my parent’s marriage but alas, it wasn’t my marriage to fix. Then, when early adulthood hit, I made all the classic “girl looking for Daddy’s love” mistakes you can make. Got into meaningless relationships. Tried to show off my body to get the attention I desperately craved. Got my heart broken lots.
At age 20, I married a verbally abusive man. We yelled all the way to our divorce two years later. After that, I moved in and out of relationships, wondering why I couldn’t find my happy ending. Then, fourteen years ago, I took the plunge again and married a man who had also been divorced. We were both still hurting and for the first years were terrible. It seemed like history might repeat itself with another marriage breakup.
But this time, both of us were determined we wanted a different path. So, with the help of God and an excellent counsellor, we began moving toward a different marital outcome. We slowly began healing and learning to have the marriage of our dreams.
Now, my husband dotes on me. I feel so blessed to be his wife. We laugh a lot now, and we are both just so much more relaxed. Our marriage has completely transformed.
